It was a great experience that we had during a stay in Lyon. After the session you feel super light. A tea is included right after and tastes super good. Everything look nice and relaxing. We recommand, It was really worth it !!

An experience that I have wanted to try for a long time. 1 very nice hour with myself… and my husband in the next cabin! We then met for a debriefing over a good tea. We had each chosen our musical theme: the very friendly hostess had explained to us that there were 10 minutes of music just enough time to "get into the swing of things" ;)… then 40 minutes of silence (a bit long time than I was dreading it a little) and again 5 minutes of music which would mean the end of the session. For my part, I tested different yoga postures which allowed me to experience the rather funny “tumbling” effect and also the fresh water spray for itchy eyes!! On his advice I closed the box and turned off the light. I was a little afraid of being cold, which was not the case despite half of my body being out of the water due to flotation. I was happy to return to dry land for a good shower. Indeed, the skin is super soft as advertised and the benefits of relaxation are felt very well over time. In short, I liked and I recommend this experience! And for gourmets there is a great pizzeria next to the center and as you should avoid eating beforehand ;)…!

Not great place. The lights are not too suitable. The floatation session itself, the capsule with shower, it works. But the support... It's not worth what it costs!! I really believe that these places should be occupied/run by therapists or, at the very least, by people who are at least aware of the methods proposed and their effects... There, we are received by a saleswoman, who clearly , after 7 p.m., is only there to run the business, and clean the showers!?!! She probably does it very well. It's clean! And she welcomes and prepares tea like a friendly automaton. But for the soul of such a place, you will have to come back!! The “debrief”, planned and explained on the site, is non-existent. A somewhat distressing experience. I will do it again, but elsewhere!!

Great experience, it was a first for me, on arrival we were seated in a room to explain to us how the session would progress, we chose our background music and the tea that we would enjoy at the end. Then we were put in a room each; inside, a capsule and a shower to rinse off at the end. The session begins with a little background music, we settle in, we can close the capsule if we wish and we relax. The music gradually fades and you can choose to be completely dark or leave a little light. At the end of the session the music comes back which means that it's the end of the session, we collect our minds, have a quick shower and head to the rest room to enjoy our tea. A great moment of relaxation, we will come back! Please note: as we are alone we can wear a swimsuit or nothing at all, it's up to you.

Good morning , It was a first time for me and I was a little scared I must say... but I was very well received, I was visited and I was told how the session was going to take place. I took my shower and I went into the box, and there I let myself go and I started to float, this feeling was too good, I put a small cushion for my neck and it was gone for 1 hour of relaxation . After you go to the shower to remove all the salt, hair and body and then you go to a relaxation room where you will be comfortably lying down enjoying a good tea with relaxing music, that even you can fall asleep a little moment. Frankly, go there with your eyes closed, it is the case to say it, it is so relaxing and welcoming, that I will go back, again a big thank you to the hostess of reception. Anne

First experience for me. It’s definitely worth trying once in your life. The box is large enough, you can easily make a starfish. As someone who suffers from the cold, I absolutely didn't feel cold. I was disappointed because at the start of the hour they played music for us to relax and it was put back on 5 minutes before the end. They forgot to put it on me at the beginning, I told myself it wasn't working, I spent the hour watching the time and it was impossible to let go. Allow time after the session so you can relax after this experience.
